  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, stirring for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and spices. Cook for 5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  5. Mix in diced potatoes and stir for 2 minutes to coat in spices.
  6. Pour in water or beef broth, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning, then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
