For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs about 15–20 cookies
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
For the Mint Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 cups whipped topping Cool Whip
- 2 –3 drops green food coloring optional, but adds a festive touch
For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Make the Crust: Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan and chill.
