Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the mini pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Place a chocolate chip on each pretzel.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the chocolate is soft but not melted.
Remove from the oven and immediately press a mini marshmallow onto each chocolate-topped pretzel.
Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, just until the marshmallows are slightly puffed.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallows.
Drizzle the vegetable oil over the bites to help the chocolate set.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
