Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk well.
  3. Stir in melted unsalted butter, milk, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

  6. Layer sliced ripe bananas over the batter.
