  2. Cooking Methods: For air fryer, cook at 360°F for 13 mins, then 350°F for 12 mins. For deep frying, fry wings at 350°F for about 8 mins. Bake at 400°F for 30 mins in the oven.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, Sriracha, tomato paste, and ginger. Heat for 8-10 mins until syrupy.
  4. Coat the Wings: Transfer cooked wings to a bowl, pour sauce over them and toss to coat.
