Step-by-Step Instructions for Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and finely chop them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, sausage or bacon, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared filling, pressing down gently.
  5. Grease a baking sheet and arrange the stuffed mushrooms on it, spacing them evenly.
