  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until well-combined.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat fully; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a wok or non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add marinated chicken in a single layer to the hot pan and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir chicken occasionally and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Pour remaining marinade over chicken, stir, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve sticky miso chicken over egg fried rice, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
