- Start by mincing 4 cloves of fresh garlic and slicing 2 green onions, setting them aside for easy access.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add 1 pound of ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sauté for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of sriracha and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
