Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by mincing 4 cloves of fresh garlic and slicing 2 green onions, setting them aside for easy access.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add 1 pound of ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sauté for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sriracha and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook 3 packages of instant noodles according to package instructions for about 3–4 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly.
  6. Fold the drained noodles into the chicken mixture, cooking for an additional 1–2 minutes on low heat.
  7. Plate the dish and garnish with sliced green onions, adding extra sriracha if desired.

Notes
