Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams minced beef or pork
  • 300 grams minced chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried dill to taste
  • Pepper mix to taste
  • Dried garlic to taste
  • Meat seasoning to taste
  • 2 potatoes peeled and grated
  • 300 grams cottage cheese
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 20 grams dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 250 grams bacon sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced beef, chicken, eggs, grated potatoes, cottage cheese, garlic, and seasonings. Add flour to bind the mixture together.
  2. Shape the Patties: Use your hands to form the meat mixture into small, even-sized patties or balls. Press them slightly to flatten.
  3. Fry the Patties: Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Be sure to cook them thoroughly.
  4. Prepare Bacon Topping: In a separate pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Once the patties are cooked, place them on a plate and top with the crispy bacon.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite side dish.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can substitute the bacon with crispy onions or a sprinkle of grated cheese.
  • If you prefer a healthier option, you can bake the patties at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes instead of frying them.
