Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and olive oil until smooth. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cooking Method: Choose grilling, baking, or slow cooking. Preheat grill to medium-high, set oven to 375°F, or prepare slow cooker.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Grill for 6–8 minutes per side or bake for 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Slow cook on low for 4–6 hours.
  4. Add Pineapple: For grilling or baking, add pineapple chunks in the last few minutes to caramelize.
