Method
 

Honey Sesame Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and low-sodium soy sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in grated ginger and set aside.
Spicy Soy Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, blend low-sodium soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey until well combined.
  2. Top the mixture with chopped scallions and sesame seeds, set aside.
Savory Peanut Sauce
  1. In a clean bowl, combine hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and low-sodium soy sauce.
  2. Gradually add warm water, mixing until desired consistency.
