Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use coconut milk instead of coconut cream.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum and blue curaçao with additional pineapple juice and a splash of soda water for fizz.
