Method
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.

- For a creamier texture, use coconut milk instead of coconut cream.
