Preparation Steps
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a lined baking tin to create a base.
- Pour Carnation caramel over the prepared Oreo base and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips and broken Oreo pieces over the caramel layer evenly.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (or 350°F). Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Allow to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for longer storage. For slicing, use a warm knife to achieve clean cuts.
