  • 200 g Oreo Cookies Crushed
  • 60 g Salted Butter Melted
For the Filling
  • 380 g Carnation Caramel
For the Topping
  • 200 g White Chocolate Chips Can substitute with dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 14 pieces Extra Oreos Broken into chunks

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a lined baking tin to create a base.
  2. Pour Carnation caramel over the prepared Oreo base and spread evenly with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle white chocolate chips and broken Oreo pieces over the caramel layer evenly.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C (or 350°F). Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  5. Allow to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for longer storage. For slicing, use a warm knife to achieve clean cuts.
