- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly coated with the white chocolate.
Using a tablespoon, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- For a touch of flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the melted chocolate.
- Substitute almonds or walnuts for pecans for a different nutty flavor.
