Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly coated with the white chocolate.
  • Using a tablespoon, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy or store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a touch of flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the melted chocolate.
  • Substitute almonds or walnuts for pecans for a different nutty flavor.
