For the Corn

  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob or thawed frozen corn

For the Coating

  • 4 tbsp Butter or plant-based butter for dairy-free
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for stronger taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked paprika recommended
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for frying or roasting

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C). If frying, heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Cut fresh corn on the cob into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn pieces in the mixture.
  • If using an air fryer, cook the corn pieces in a single layer for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. For frying, fry until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle more Cajun seasoning or squeeze fresh lime juice over the crispy corn before serving.
  • Serve warm, on its own or with dipping sauces.
