- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until no dry streaks remain.
- Pour the prepared batter into the lined baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- While brownies cool, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and zest to create the glaze.
- Once cooled, pour the glaze over the brownies and allow it to set for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
