  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add one cup of mayonnaise and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Incorporate two tablespoons of Dijon mustard, one tablespoon of prepared horseradish, one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to taste. Whisk until fully integrated, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in one teaspoon of smoked paprika, one teaspoon of garlic powder, and two tablespoons of lemon juice until all are evenly combined, about 20 seconds.
  4. Gently fold in three tablespoons of chopped capers and two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley using a spatula for about 30 seconds.
