Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon capers chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add the chopped capers, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl.
  3. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise for a lighter version with added tang.
