Prepare the Bagel Chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the bagels in half and slice them into 1-inch wedges. Combine the bagel pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake the Chips
- Spread the seasoned bagel wedges on a lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Remove when golden-brown and let cool completely.
Make the Dip
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sliced pepperoncini peppers, and their juice. Add garlic powder and dried oregano, season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Chill the Dip
- Transfer the dip to a serving container, cover it, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Serve
- Serve the creamy Pepperoncini Dip alongside the crispy homemade bagel chips. Additional fresh veggies can be offered.
