  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the soaked mustard seeds, white wine vinegar, sea salt, honey, mustard powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, cooking for approximately 20 minutes.
