Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add flour and salt, then knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Shape and Fill: Divide the dough into equal portions. Flatten each piece, place a triangular cheese in the center, and seal the edges tightly.
  • Add Topping: Brush with milk or water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
