These Lucky Shamrock Pretzel Pops are a delightful mix of salty and sweet, making them the perfect festive treat for St. Patrick’s Day! With a simple candy coating and a fun shamrock shape, they’re easy to make and even more fun to eat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 mini pretzels (3 per shamrock)
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • 6 lollipop sticks (or pretzel sticks as an alternative)
  • Green and white sprinkles

Instructions

Shape the Shamrocks

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange three pretzels into a shamrock shape: place one pretzel right side up and the other two sideways, touching at the bottom.
  3. Repeat until you have six shamrock shapes.
  4. Slide a lollipop stick between the bottom two pretzels of each shamrock.

Melt the Candy Coating

  1. Microwave the candy melts on medium power for 45 seconds, stir, then heat for another 45 seconds until fully melted.

Coat the Pretzels

  1. Dip one pretzel at a time into the melted candy, using a fork to fully coat it.
  2. Shake off excess coating and place the pretzel back on the tray.
  3. Repeat for the remaining pretzels in each shamrock.

Assemble & Decorate

  1. Drizzle some of the melted candy onto the space between the pretzels to connect them and secure the lollipop stick.
  2. Sprinkle with decorations before the candy hardens.

Let Them Set

  1. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes or leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
