Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Delicious Fried Meatballs
  1. Begin by soaking the hardened bread in water or milk for about 5 minutes until it's thoroughly soft. Squeeze out any excess moisture before proceeding.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped green onions, green garlic, fresh parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and eggs. Crumble the prepped bread into the mixture.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the meat mixture and roll them into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball. Dredge each meatball lightly in flour to coat them evenly.
  4. In several large frying pans, heat enough vegetable oil over medium-high heat to cover the bottom generously.
  5. Carefully place the meatballs into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked through and golden, transfer them to a platter lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Enjoy your fried meatballs immediately while hot, paired with fresh bread and vegetables.
