  2. Place the salmon, skin-side down, on the lined baking sheet. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, brown sugar, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Heat until boiling.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until the mixture thickens to a syrup-like consistency.
