Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Make Cheese Mixture: Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
Assemble Layers:
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish.
Add half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer.
Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ravioli.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over the cheese mixture.
Repeat layers, finishing with the remaining mozzarella.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool and Serve: Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or Parmesan, if desired.
