Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking your rice or quinoa according to package instructions; typically, this takes about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, fluff it with a fork and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add 1 pound of ground turkey to the hot skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Once the turkey is browned, stir in 2 cups of broccoli florets. Cook them for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of sriracha.
  6. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli mixture in the skillet. Stir thoroughly.
  7. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
