  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For searing the roast
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons salt Adjust to taste

  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme Or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary Or 1 tablespoon dried

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Rub the roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the roast in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.

  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
