Bread Dough Ingredients:
- Bread Flour: 350g
- Sugar: 40g
- Salt: 6g
- Instant Dry Yeast: 5g
- Unsalted Butter (at room temperature): 40g
- Warm Milk: 240ml
Chicken Filling:
- Chicken Breast: 1 piece (about 130g), diced
- Onion: 15g, finely chopped
- Tomato: 1 medium (about 120g), diced
- Garlic: 1 tbsp (16g), minced
- Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp (6g)
- Chili Powder: 1 tbsp (6g)
- Cooking Wine: 1 tbsp (6g)
- Ketchup: 1 tbsp (16g)
- Honey Mustard: 1 tbsp (16g)
Burger Sauce:
- Ketchup: 1 tbsp (16g)
- Honey Mustard: 1 tbsp (16g)
- Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp (32g)
- Pickled Cucumber: 40g, chopped
Toppings:
- Mozzarella Cheese: 70g, shredded
- Cheddar Cheese: 70g, shredded
- Unsalted Butter: Melted, for brushing on bread
