Cheese & Seasonings:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Finishing Touches:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Beef Filling:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned.
    • Drain any excess fat and remove the skillet from heat.
    • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese cubes until evenly combined.
  3. Flatten the Biscuit Dough:
    • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
    • Flatten each biscuit into a round disc, approximately 4–5 inches in diameter.
  4. Fill and Seal the Bites:
    • Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
    • Fold the edges up and pinch them tightly to seal, forming a “bomb” shape.
    • Place the sealed bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Add the Finishing Touches:
    • Brush the tops of the bites with melted butter.
  6. Bake Until Golden:
    • Bake the bites for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.
    • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
    • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the baked bites for a fresh, vibrant finish.
    • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Ensure the edges of the bites are tightly sealed to prevent the filling from leaking out.
  • Experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
  • These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for a crisp texture.
